CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 72 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 40% cancellation fee of the total booked service(s). This policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to: • Illness (including colds, flu, COVID, etc.) • Family emergencies • Childcare issues • Work conflicts or schedule changes • Transportation issues • Weather-related issues • Forgetting the appointment • Change of mind • Financial constraints • Late arrivals that require service modification or cancellation
